Mosaic Restaurant

This was a pretty good pie. All the flavors were there! The pie was a little greasy though, likely from the massive pepperonis, so I give it a little grace. This was brick oven style and although there wasn’t a whole ton of flop, there was a little which i was surprised by. A hint of char on the edges but not what i would of expected for brick oven pizza. If this had been cooked a little longer, then perhaps it would have made its way into the high 7’s. A solid sauce sends this into the 8’s. Still good though, and tasty nonetheless.
