This particular pie happened to be a Cosmo but with red sauce and chicago chunk sausage in place of vodka sauce and bacon/italian sausage. Very good pan crust, kind of football pizza. Sauce is a little underwhelming. I think pres might give it a 7.3 even.

Had their specialty cheese and chose deep dish crust. It was more of a pan crust in a square shape with the sauce on top. Was enjoyable, if heavy. The sauce was good, a lil heavy on oregano. Cheese was so good. Would come back.

Was really looking forward to this, but it was a bit disappointing. Not my style, but certainly not in the same stratosphere as Gino’s. No flavor in the crust
