First, it’s a food truck and the service was first rate. Super nice people with a cheerful attitude. The pies were cooked fresh 20 minutes after the truck opened. The slices came out hot and large and they looked pretty cheesy, but appetizing. At first bite I thought there was a lack of sauce, but that improved as I continued on. The dough was kind of soft and the undercarriage was very light. My thought was maybe they were rushing to get it out and it could have cooked just a tad bit longer. There was a fair amount of grease and flop, but nothing a fold couldn’t handle. The taste was fine. The crust was well seasoned and tasty. My main complaints were the soft doughyness of the pie and what I felt was a little lack of sauce. I’d definitely try it again with a topping.
