Quality Neapolitan pie here. Cooked through in the center so you don’t end up with the traditional undercooked center of a neapolitan, which I know some people prefer. I think this pie definitely makes it into the 8s for me if the outer crust was a bit fluffier.

Delicious sauce, cheese was chewy, but not gummy, crust could have been slightly more crisp. Overall great pizza would definitely have again.

Not really a huge slut for neo style but that shit from yesterday was out of control. Maybe if I hadn’t just had greatness I would like this more. Tastes fresh, would have liked more airyness in the crust

Delicious sauce. Crust looks like Bowser's shell. Only drawback is that it is borderline soggy at center, esp after it's been sitting for 5 min.
