Mozza

Toppings were phenomenal, flavors were strong and perfect. But it’s hard to call this pizza when it requires a fork, or at times a spoon. Crust was crisp and fluffy, but the middle was WAY undercooked- pull the pizza and the crust moves and the middle seats in place. Strong potential though.

Good variety on toppings. A little too much dough and not enough sauce or cheese.

Great neapolitan pizza 👌 still a bit of flop and the crust is very doughy/chewy but I love that.
