This place is almost an 8+ place. Tweak the sauce (more salt, oregano and/or basil) or the cheese. The cheese is already good and melts like lava so I suspect they are using Grande. But adding a Pecorino finish will add tang and salt. What this pizza is lacking. Also cook one more minutes. These changes will take it to the next level. Note: they have parm, oregano, and red pepper flakes on the table. But parm adds salt not tang.
