This is a review on their square pie. This is what they make best. Solid, good sauce, crust, decent crisp, not too thick or doughy (although that is not always a bad thing). They recently opened up a little bar with some TV's. Nice spot.

Finally got to try the legend upside down here and man did it not disappoint. Everything you look for, a crispy pillowy crust with char on the corners but still that savory soft bite after the initial crunch. The cheese under the hearty sweet savory sauce had great pull and the grated cheese on top giving the perfect bite to each square. A little fresh oil drizzled onus a great touch and a buttery bite as well and to top it off with a bit of a kick some oregano. An awesome pie better place and fantastic people and service this place is a must for the square pie!!!

This place has a full array of slices, but their Square is clearly the King. I love this style, and I’d argue this saucy delight is in league with Brooklyn’s L&B and Clifton’s Bruno’s (no current relation). Only Brooklyn Square (Central Jersey) is clearly better imo.

Not a lot of great reviews for the round pizza here; the square is clearly the star, so that’s what I ordered. Similar to a grandma pie with the thickness of Sicilian style, the cheese is on the bottom and the sauce is on top; so it can be classified as an “Upside Down” pie. The sauce is very good, lots of tang, decent zip, doesn’t totally blow you away but it’s well above average in flavor. Even though the cheese is underneath the sauce, there just isn’t enough. At times it felt like I was eating bread & gravy (that’s right, gravy 🇮🇹). The Parmesan sprinkled on top is very strong, almost overpowering and dominating the overall flavor of the pizza. The corner crust is terrifically crispy & delicious but the middle slices are too soft & spongy. This is essentially NJ’s version of L&B Spumoni Gardens’ square pie in Brooklyn, only not nearly as good. If you get takeout, I suggest adding your own shredded mozzarella on top and baking in the oven at bit longer to crisp it all up; then you could be looking at a score in the high 8s. As it is, it’s a nice change of pace pizza that’s very filling with room for some improvements.

Nice square slice. Very similar sauce to Ninos in Harrison. Sweet with a little tang. Soft and chewy dough with a crispy crust. More artisan crust than Ninos. Good stuff!

Excellent Sicilian pie! Great Crust with a nice crunch and sauce that is bursting with flavor!!! 7.6 for the square. The round leaves much to be desired tho. Lots of flop with some grease. It's what I call a delivery pie. If it's too far for delivery it's not for me!! 5.9 on the Round Go for the Square!!

The BEST square pizza in north jersey for sure. Great tang, and flavor all around. I prefer it in singles as it’s crispier from being reheated, but fresh it’s still so good just a bit floppy as expected. The regular round is decent, but this is the money maker.

Very ok. Takes like a slice you’d have at an indoor fun center.

This place has great specialty slices and pies... don’t think twice about grabbing one of those that are all an 8.2 and higher... however they can’t make a real good plain slice.

Good pizza. It was recommended to be the best in the area. I’m not certain of that claim but I did enjoy it for sure. It was a bit greasy but still good and they had a wide selection. In addition it was nice and clean.
