Homemade sausage really cranks up the score. The cheese is great and exactly as one would expect with Chicago thin. I’d prefer a little bit more flavor on the sauce and am not 100% sold on the char around the outer crust, but the crisp on the bottom end levels that out. Overall fantastic and as authentic as I’ve had outside of Chicago. Visit for the rest of the food as well.
