Mr. Moto Pizza Oak Creek

Okay one bite everybody knows the rules… smelled good, I liked the sauce… almost greasy but not too bad… undercarriage looked ok but the slice flopped. The crust did tase good too but in my opinion? They could have cooked it longer… it looked like it was on the verge of crisping up… but they pulled it too soon. So the flavors were there but I say cook it longer, get that char and the score will go up…
