Mt. Rubirosa

I ordered the thin crust pizza — a margherita style with tomatoes and mozzarella. The sauce could’ve used a bit more flavor, and I would’ve liked a bit more cheese. It definitely gave off Tomato Pie vibes. If you’re going light on cheese, make sure the sauce really shines. We didn’t try the salads or pasta, but both looked amazing. Next time, I’d probably go for one of those instead.
