Pizza Review
Let me tell ya something. When I walked in this joint, I felt like I was some sort of big man on Mulberry Street. Very nice establishment they have here. I just got a regular slice but the other items on the menu were distracting me as I was ordering my food. I may have blushed when the man was taking my order but it was only by coincidence that it happened when we locked eyes. The man who took my order was attractive, 8.2/10 but I was blushing because the kid behind him was wrapping up what looked like big juicy garlic knots by the half dozen. Anyway the pizza is above average at best. The crust was just how I like it. Crispy, slighted charred flavor, and residual flour. This is the standard for crust. The cheese to sauce ratio however was not the standard. Very high proportioned with the cheese here. Cheese was good, yeah, but nothing that popped out. I can’t really rate the sauce because I couldn’t taste it. It was too overpowered by the cheese. But, it did look like some good sauce. Maybe I’ll taste it if I ordered those garlic knots and got it on the side. Anyway, not a bad spot. Kinda crazy driving in downtown Babylon and it’s a pain in the ass trying to pull into the parking lots but they can’t help that. Try this spot out and use the bathrooms, very nice bathrooms.
