Large cheese pie “well done” crust a bit thick for ny thin crust style, chewy af, toasted flavor, crispy crust, good sauce cheese ratio, a bit greasy, get well done if you like toasted bread flavor, wouldn’t go out of my way for it

This pizza exceeded my expectations. The crust was crispy on the end and soft in the middle, the sauce was nice and warm and very tangy, and the cheese was very stretchy and went well with the taste of the whole pizza. Very good 👏

It’s ok. Lacking a bit of flavor somehow as cohesive unit. Greasy too. Maybe it has too much cheese? I can’t quite pin it.. it’s not a bad slice at all.. it’s just lacking in flavor profile.
