Family owned restaurant that has been serving Elk Grove Village since 1983. The dough is more of a thicker, double dough, instead of the traditional thin crust. To my surprise, the slice wasn’t greasy or sloppy, and everything held together very well. The sweet sauce broke through the cheese with each and every bite, and the cheese itself was caramelized very nicely. A very filling slice that is a must try if you’re in the area.
