Easily the best pizza in a 150 mile radius. More of an artisan style as Dave would say. Pies always come on the well done with an excellent balance of crisp and chew; you can tell it’s sourdough in a non aggressive kind of way. Cheese pies come with the extra basil, garlic, and oil, something I love.
