I actually know and do business with the owner (Tony), which makes this review difficult but I’m not biased...
No slices are available here, personal pies are available for about $7.
Now for the review....
Nice and crispy crust, dough is certainly fresh. The bottom is floppy and soft, no bite. Consistent crispness is what I look for. The sauce is good, just enough seasoning to elevate it out of the “plain” category. Good pepperoni and cheese. This is a decent pepperoni and cheese pie but it needs that crispy bottom and perhaps some parmesan or oregano on top.
This place really opens up, plenty of room and it’s a nice environment. Pizza is good, with just a few tweaks it could be great.
