Pretty much on par with the other mediocre South Jersey pizzas. The cheese is your standard pizza cheese, but it’s loaded with orange grease. The sauce is a little tangy but hard to decipher the flavor because of all the oil leaking from the cheese. Dough & crust are both soft. Crisping the pie up would help a bit but you wouldn’t be looking at anything more than a 7. As it stands, it’s just another generic South Jersey pie.
