El Presidente is loco on this one! I’m originally from Buffalo and Buffalo style pizza is different than NYC (better in my opinion). It’s a cross between thin crust and Sicilian. The crust isn’t thin like NYC or thick like hand tossed or Sicilian. Good sauce to crust ratio, cheese is good and the pepperoni...that what makes it. It curls and crisps as it cooks. And the wings...spot on.
