Composite score for the deep dish and thin crust cheese (7.4). The deep dish was fantastic - 8.3. Good proportions from bottom crust to cheese to sauce. Sauce had a bit of tang, fit well with rest of the pizza. Score would be in the 8.6-8.8 range, but the crust detracts from the rest of the pizza. It is a thin, mediocre bite. Overall a pizza I would travel for any day.
The thin crust, on the other hand, was adequate - 6.5. No where near the level of the deep dish. There was nothing inherently bad about the pizza, but nothing great about it either. It is a decent slice, with good cheese, sauce, and crust. Nothing to go out of my way for though, but it gets the job done.
The deep dish is the star of the show hands down. It's a fantastic pizza, highly recommended.
