This slice is a little greasy because of the pepperoni- a Dave cheese slice won’t need a napkin. Always a little flop on the first bite but good crisp on the rest of the crust. Sauce has good acidity, good balance of cheese and tomato. Very good overall and the best you’re gonna find anywhere near HHI
