NAP

This place is fucking amazing, a El Born neighborhood institution, right in the center of Barcelona’s little Italy. Everyone in there is straight from Napoli, no Spanish or Catalan, only Italian. I’ve tried both their margarita and their signature “Nap” and both were impecable. Definitely a fork and knife joint. But here’s the main kicker, right now (March 14, 2020) the entire city of Barcelona is shut up and shut down because of Coronavirus. But this place is staying open to help the neighborhood, they’re helping parents out who have to stay home with kids, they’re taking care of the old folks, they’re a beacon in a really dark time for this neighborhood. Amazing, can’t say enough.
