Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen

This is just ok. A lot of flop.

Flavors all work well with each other. A little floppy in the center. Tad on the greasy side but never dripped. The crust was baked properly, but maintained a softness. Sauce was middle of the road but in good proportions. Box needed a liner though. Overall, not bad.

Asked for crispy and I got it. Beautiful

Pretty good. Great light crust and char. Cheese was good. Sauce was just okay.

Ordered the carnivore because I was hungry. The pizza taste was awesome. A little soggy in the middle but that’s on me for ordering the all meat pizza. Great pizza

Well made, fresh ingredients and good crunch with the wood fire.

Good pizza, not spectacular but overall pretty good. Thin crust that was a little doughy except for the outer crust that had a little crispness to it. Good flavor on the light sauce with very large crispy pepperonis. Also tried the cheese pizza and recommend it over the pepperoni as it has more and additional cheeses.
