The pizza landed firmly in the “average” category. The overall flavor was a bit bland and could have benefited from a touch of salt to bring the ingredients to life. The sauce leaned noticeably sweet, which overshadowed some of the more savory elements. Meanwhile, the mozzarella, while fresh, felt under-melted and didn’t quite deliver that satisfying stretch or cohesion you’d expect. With a few adjustments—more seasoning, better balance in the sauce, and a more thorough melt—the pizza could be much stronger.
