Naples Pizza

The pizza was well done on the bottom, which is good, but they are using too much dough for one pizza. They also didn't wait for the cheese to settle before cutting the pizza, this is classic pizza making 101. It was hard to tell if the dough/cheese/sauce ratio was good or not because of these cheese sliding all over the place. The dough has good flavor so I am thinking the subs at this place are probably better than their pizza.

Sauce has little flavor..not much crisp on the whole pie.. I’d imagine single slices are the ticket at this spot.

Crust cooked great, good taste only gripe is many spices cheese and sauce not all the way to the crust

Decent cheese and sauce. Crust is a little bland.

Big slices, good crunch. Good cheese and good flavor. I am impressed with how good the slice is, I did not expect it given the location and venue
