Napolese Pizzeria

Good Brick oven pie indeed. Undercarriage is solid, Could use a bit more sauce, loaded with provolone cheese which is different. Went with the sausage/mushroom job. Will be back!

Pizza was pipping hot. Fresh ingredients and wood fired. Workers were friendly even opening the door for us to come in. Crust was crisp and light but a little soft, sloppy in the middle with some flop. Sauce was good with a little tang.
