It’s really good

Delicious semi sweet sauce with some tangy Parmesan cheese. Crispy crust but definitely not at thick as a traditional Sicilian. Ordered olives and there wasn’t a lot. Their garlic knots were large and unconventional. But good.

Starting with bonus square reviews which are not part of total score: 6.2 Neither is special. Ratio is better Triangle: Eye test- weak Sauce- none. Bad news Ratio- horrendous. Cheese and dough bomb Dough- average taste and crunch Cheese- since this is in fact a grilled cheese sandwich, it requires world class cheese. The chew is ok. The taste has the tiniest bit of tang. However, since there is very little personality to the cheese, and no other flavor, this is pretty weak. Execution weak- undercooked and weak flavor The app score is in honor of my friend Maestro M. Rarely do I give a score ending in zero, but in this case it is warranted Micheal Tilson Thomas once said, “New music stands on the shoulders of old. And aspires to be held in the same esteem.” This aspires to be pizza, and sort of might be grilled cheese

Really great pizza. Family enjoyed it. Will definitely stop by again when in the area.

Wow great pizza. Great crunch and the sauce was excellent. The Sicilian side had a better sauce I thought. But very good pizza if you like red sauce.

Very much enjoyed the sauce in this pie. Good quality ingredients. A little flop, not too greasy, thick crust.

7.0 not a rookie score! Decent pizza with some zing to the sauce. Good crisp. This was their pie without asking for it well done.

Very good sauce crispy crust

Good flavor on the sauce and cheese. Undercarriage was a bit thick and doughy with almost no crisp. Also had a slice of square which was really good. Had a nice crisp with great sauce. 6.4 for the round and 7.2 for the square.

Round pie: well based on the reviews and talk I was Unfortunately disappointed in this pie, maybe I was anticipating a higher score similar to other reviews on the app. Letdowns; No crisp, very floppy and a bit greasy. High points, decent taste, a typical “pick up a bunch of pizzas for a kids birthday party”. Round pie score 6.2. Now for the square pie, I typically evaluate these pies a bit differently since in your mind your thinking Sicilian, so crispness is not usually part of the evaluation. This pie had a very nice robust flavor, which I really loved the sauce. Since I only had a slice of each, I immediately wanted to taste the first pie again, Becuase it appears they use two different sauces. It may be the same sauce, the reason I would like to have tried the round again but, I’m already two fat and another slice was off the already violated diet. In any event the sauce was excellent, just enough cheese and the pie was enjoyable. For the square pie I give a 7.1. Also note; you probably should not eat very many square pie slices I am sure the carb count is equal to a weeks worth. Combined score is 6.6

Pretty decent slice. A little too doughy for my liking, but pretty good taste. This place is still fairly new, and has potential. Also, this is definitely way better than the place that used to be here!

The Pizza was very good. Crust was crispy, sauce was tangy, and cooked just right. The calzone was off the hook.
