Got it well done. That was perfect. Crisp and no flop on a 24” pizza! On the taste: sauce a little sweet and bland on Italian spices. Good cheese. Change the sauce and this score increases drastically. A shame because their sauce they use for pasta and garlic knots tastes so much better.

Saucy, cheesy & doughy...it’s rare that a pizza is all of those things but it just kind of all works together on this pie. The sauce is sweet & flavorful, and despite being thick, the cheese is still melted very nicely overall. The dough is football pizza-esque but it’s just crispy enough to separate itself from the generic football pizzas out there. Pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this pie.
