Going 7.1 because in the 6 range is unfair - here’s my rationale. Pizza is solid for central PA. You’re not going to find ‘great’ pizza out here, so don’t try. Out here they try to go all craft beer and forget the basics. Plus the PA Dutch thing isn’t helping matters. Some people out here LOVE fast food pizza so that’s where we’re at.
Anyway - little to no grease, mild flop, cheese is on point and crust is very structured not too doughy and the right amount of crisp. Has some garlic going on , probably a shake of powder take it or leave it. You can do a lot worse in this area. Props to Naps.
