Crust is thin has a nice crunch, cheese is decent, but the sauce could use more tang

40% crust 2 pieces of mozza and 1 1/2 tomatoes. When you don't have sauce on a pizza you'd think they'd fill that space with ingredients, but nope just more crust.

East coast pizza in the Midwest eh? Mostly works except it was undercooked and floppy this go around. Not bad just needs some more time in the oven.
