This was a blackberry pizza. Truly an acquired taste but incredible crust and flavor. I would probably want to try a more normal pie but solid crust.

Delicious! What was lacking? I could have used a bit more crisp/burn to the crust, a tiny bit more sauce and a more flavorful sauce. Only if I’m being critical! Otherwise this shit was fire.

Everyone knows Neapolitan pizza is a 6.8. This one has a nice crisp crust, sauce has good flavor but not overly tangy like most San Marzanos. Extra points for no flop.
