Getting worse customer service everytime

Excellent choice if your in the Springfield area. Small dining area, friendly staff, and very good pizza. Best I have found in the area.

Very good pizza. I personally prefer the thin crust. Good crisp factor, sauce and toppings. And cooked perfectly. The crust leaves a little too be desired but it’s still pretty decent.

Ordered thin. Very cheesy. Great sauce. Good all around pie.

Taste was on point, nice crisp around the edge. Done on time... solid 7.0

Terrible. I tried this place a long time ago and didn’t think much of it. I decided to revisit after I found out they were 8 time champions in the local pizza bowl. My god this was one of the worst pies I’ve tried in Springfield. The pizza was so doughy, I was only able to eat a few thinly cut slices. The cheese wasn’t anything special. I asked for it well done bc I knew they had a belt oven. But the dough to cheese/sauce ratio is what really got this pizza it’s score. I heard a lot of hype going into this place but my expectations remained the same. So maybe that’s why it’s surprising that it didn’t meet my expectations... I’m sure there will be people who love this place but at the end of the day, it’s just a shopping mall pizza place with a belt oven and way too much hype. (Side note somehow these guys don’t have parmesan cheese?)
