Neil's Pizzeria

The early reviews of this pizza are insane; the recent ratings are much more realistic. This is thick, heavy, doughy, run-of-the-mill football pizza. Just like the dough, the cheese is thick and heavy, very basic, standard pizza cheese, loaded with grease, a gushing oil slick that overpowers the pie. The sauce is utterly flavorless, generic tomato paste lacking in spices or pizzazz. The crust is rigid and thick, cracked and broken up in some spots, not very tasty either. Overall, this is a painfully pedestrian pizza pie, but also the perfect example of “even when pizza is bad, it’s still good enough.” This pie will suffice if you’re drunk or just plain starving.
