The menu calls it Neopolitan thin crust but this is NY Style pizza cooked in a Bakers Pride oven in NE Pennsylvania. The cook on this pie was fantastic....little to no flop, great crisp throughout, and a crunchy crust with a little chew to the inside. But bland....sauce wasn’t sweet or tangy, no real herbs or seasoning...:it was like it was there just for color. Cheese didn’t have much flavor either. If the taste was as good as the texture this would be high 7s or even an 8.....but it wasn’t so this is a 6.6.
