Good pizza not great, not as crispy of crust as I was expecting for brick oven pizza. Very good beer and atmosphere though, this will be a frequent stop for me when in Vegas.

Salty pepperoni, good cheese, perfectly cooked. Unexpected great pie. Looks like they have fixed the cheese/pizza ratio in other older reviews from when they first opened. Very good.

Thank you for tuning in this week to the ever so popular, pizza pie or die day... We are hopeful the beer is fantastic here. Per the menu it looks like they have a great assortment of on tap selections. From IPAs to sours and some blondes and ryes thrown into the mix. Looks like they have a healthy selection of whiskeys as well. I see Wellers, Woodford Reserve and Whistle Pig to top it off. I'm definitely coming back during our highly anticipated beer crawl. Oh and the pizza you asked? Well.... crust was good but too much cheese made this sloppy. I bet after a few flights, this pie is better when you won't care...

Today we partaken in a pizza abortion after removing the after birth and putting the cheese back on the crust we I had no choice but to give the appropriate score. May god have mercy on your soul

Pizza soup! It’s bad when you need a spoon to eat pizza! The flavor of the pizza soup wasn’t bad though!

It’s Wednesday and that means lunch with the fellas. Nevada Brew Works served us the traditional plain cheese pie as ordered. The flop was so extreme I don’t know how to describe it but it was reminiscent of an old mans penis that hadn’t been hard in many years. The cheese was tasty and I enjoyed the sauce. The crust had a nice char but was still very doughy. Had to be eaten with knife and fork due to the limpness. Overall good bar pizza. I would order it again.

We’ve done about 80 reviews so far as a consortium, this has to be the messiest pizza we’ve had. Dough was good, sauce was tasty just too much of it. Way to much cheese to support the weak dough. Either use less cheese and sauce or make your dough firmer.

Really good pizza. Made in this cool little gas fire brick oven. Brewery with plenty of beers on tap also serves smash style burgers. Back to the pizza I went late on a Saturday night place was busy took about 20 minutes for a fresh hot pizza right out the oven. I Think the pizza was about $14 for a 12in pizza six slices. Ordered cheese of course. Just the right amount of cheese dough had great flavor crust was nice and airy. Would definitely comeback whenever I’m in the neighborhood.
