Pizza Review
Ouch! 1 review and it is a 4.4. Is it really that bad? Let’s dig in! I was the only one in this place. It’s a bar/restaurant across the street from a hotel. What about the pizza? Here we go…. To start, the cheese wasn’t bad, nothing to write home about but not terrible. They did add some oregano and garlic to the cheese and crust, it helps. The sauce was robust, not sweet and had a nice flavor but you could tell it was tomato paste but overall it blended well. The downside to this is the dough… it’s literally pre made. Not fresh but frozen pre made dough. It wasn’t cooked enough and it made it somewhat doughy. In conclusion, the fresh dough would elevate this into the high 7’s or a low 8. It’s better than the 4.4 but the premade dough kills what could be a “sleeper pizza”.
