Crisp and undercarriage are absolutely perfect. Crispy, no flop, good char. Ingredients are great. The only thing holding it back for me personally is it’s a bit on the tangy side. Overall best pizza I’ve had in flag and will order again

Not a bad looking pie on appearance Frankie. Might need a paper towel in the middle but not bad for Flagstaff Arizona. Ok undercarriage, a little floppy, not too crispy though… not much of a crunch… 6.8 Look, it’s good, but it’s not worth waiting 90 minutes for. It’s not like going back home to Jersey or New York. It’s good, but not worth that long of a wait. Was about to give a 6.9, but the flop and the grease… idk. 6.8 that’s a review.

Scrumptious is an understatement. The cheese was gooey and the crust was crispy to perfection. Sauce a bit greasy BUT Delicious. Kisses to the Chef! 🤌
