Very solid classic NY slice. Salt on the crust was an interesting touch, crust had a great fluffinessto it yet crispy where it counts, interesting sweetness to the sauce.

Under carriage is salted quite a bit. Cheese is good and sauce I would like a bit more. Was a bit oily. If they ease up on salted undercarriage would be even better
