While it’s hot? Probably around a 6.5; anything beneath that is teetering towards a 3. The excessive amount of flour used to prevent sticking during the cooking process gave ones fingers a hell of a dusting when trying to eat it. The sauce was lackluster and very meager. Lot of flop, but as to be expected with a thinner pie. Very unextraordinary, very “vanilla” margherita.
