New York New York Pizza

Ordered half cheese, half pepperoni and mushroom with extra sauce. Asked for well done. Take out. Busy Sunday night and they were making some pizzas! Initial opinion: Cheese was nice and salty, red sauce sweet and tangy, but very floppy and cheese was sliding off, so put into oven for about 8-10 more mins to get a nice char and crisp on crust and hot lava sauce& cheese. Post bake opinion: Tasted way better after baking longer. Cheese didn’t move, all the flavors were there, nice crispy crust and crunch with every bite. Can’t say they aren’t trying to produce a good NY style pie. Would try again. Good football/movie pizza. Pizza is about a 6.4. Convenient too.
