Pizza Review
Ordered a slice of pep and a slice of white. Both were big slices, with well-done bottoms and crispy crust. The slices were rigid, with just a touch of sag at the tip, The mozzarella they used was flavorful and it fairly light on sauce. Slightly greasy. While the crust was crispy and had perfect texture and had good char, it fell a bit flat flavor wise. I would have liked to taste some ferment in there. Overall, a solid slice with great structure. Although, I think it could use a more robust sauce (or maybe just a bit more).
