Solid 6.0. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but nice mixup for the area. Bland crust, nice cheese.

Forgot to take a picture of the pizza.. Fantastic pizza. The cheese and sauce have an exceptional flavor. Very true NYC slices. I got the cheese pizza. Incredible. Best pizza I’ve had in years. Not greasy, great flop balance, incredible crust.

Decent pie, certainly above average or a basic delivery pie. Nice color on the bottom of the crust, little to no flop when folded- but it’s a little underwhelming compared to a more developed crust that you get from great pies. Little less chewy than I like from a dough that’s kneaded and risen more. I think it’s cooked in a pan of some sort, but can’t be certain. Sauce is overshadowed by the amount of stringy cheese so it’s hard to get much flavor from it, and this would level up significantly if it had a good bit more browning on the top. I like that they garnish it with some herbs and Parmesan. I’d definitely try it again and ask for it to be well-done. Good football pizza.

I tried New York Pizza and Pasta in Baton Rouge yesterday, and it is a hidden gem. I ordered the margherita pizza and you could taste every single ingredient in that pizza. It was bursting with flavor. It had medium flop and was just the right amount of greasy. The only thing that I wasn’t crazy about was the crust, it was a little soft and didn’t have much flavor. Other than that it’s was a pretty darn good pizza. Solid 7.2. All you pizza amateurs need to venture out from around LSU and check this place out.

Crust has enough structure not to flop or tear when folded. Good chew but no crunch at all. Cheese to sauce ratio favors the cheese. The tomatoes in the sauce is overpowered by the garlic.
