Ordered for pick up. The square is definitely superior. It has real potential to be in the mid 8s. It just needs a more thorough and even cook. Gets a little soggy without crisp towards the middle. Burnt cheese crust is excellent with crispy. The cheese blend is good but dense. They also use what south Philly Italians call gravy as the sauce which is tasty and sort of unique. The circle is just average. Not crispy enough. Cheese layer a little too thick but a good blend. 7.8 on the square and 7.3 on the circle.
