Newk's Eatery

Don’t get me wrong here, I TOLERATE Newks. Ive come to realize a significant portion of one bite “reviewers” in the greater lexington area hail from a class of uncultured critics, who tend to haphazardly dish out high scores for glorified saltine crackers with prego. But we live in America, the land of the free, and home of the only place in the world where individuals without taste buds are empowered to tell an uninterested internet audience how they feel about pizza. This aside, newks is a chain. What newks does, is fool the brainiacs of the mid-south and their sisters/cousins (the respective titles aren’t mutually exclusive in this part of the country) to believe that newks is fresh, healthy, and an embodiment of the community it serves. But in actuality, newks is a McDonald’s with deli sandwiches and frozen pizza. Do us all a favor, and give this pizza the rick pitino treatment; AKA get it the fuck out of the state of Kentucky.
