Crust is too think, but tastes good. cheese and sauce ratio was good. Over all not a bad pizza. Wonder if we had the 18inch if the crust would of been thinner all around. If it had been it would be an easy 7.6

For Texas this is 9.5 or better. From NJ and have had real deal pizza before this is closest thing I’ve found in the Dallas area. I work In flower mound and bring this home often. It’s better than some pizza places back in central jersey! Best pizza in Dallas, best in Texas and prob top 10% in the country

Authentic NY slices, sliced Italian sausage (not that crumbled bullshit), not floppy but not to crispy either. This pizza will leave you satisfied

Slice was meh, bottom had good crisp but the crust was doughie and needed to be crispy. Sauce is ok would have liked a little more. Overall I think a couple more minutes in the oven to get the cheese and crust done more would make it mid 7 score.
