Undercarriage not the best extremely floppy, but has good taste.

Typical nys style slice. Nothing wrong with that just felt like I’ve eaten this pie at several other places which again is ok nothing wrong with a straight up good nys style pie. Nice place great for dine in take out counter was beautiful service was ok. Decent place.

Almost perfect, but lacks quality control on a busy Friday, needs more time in the oven

Nice slice. Little flop. A little oily but that’s ok. Solid undercarriage. Decent sauce but I think they would benefit from choosing a side, sweet or savory. The price? Excellent. Not sure how they stay open but if you live anywhere near here, you should patronize this place. Definitely visit again.

Always heavy and lots of flop but the taste is fantastic! If you grew up on it the taste hasn’t changed in 30+ years! You either love or you don’t but if you do…… here’s my score! PS- rest of the menu is great and you won’t leave there without getting a hello from Nick himself!

Eh.

Located on the main drag in Endicott. There’s a maze of parking located behind the restaurant. It came out piping hot which had me uber concerned that I was going to burn my face off. The cheese slid off the slice as I folded it or it stuck to the other side. It’s pretty floppy. It’s overcheesed and a under cooked so the dough is soft and it’s soggy in the center. I think it might be a decent pie if were a lot crispier and they removed about 1/3 of the cheese.

Great pie

Did an Endicott Pizza tour with the three musketeers of pizza. Nicks, Tony’s an Rossi’s Nick’s was quality as always but tasted a bit bland compared to Tony’s when sauce was considered. That said nicks crust was far and away better than Tony’s.

Great cheese to sauce ratio. Solid amount of flop. Very nice flakey, thin crust but sauce overall leaves some to be desired. Impressive slice all things considered
