The sauce was very good. I loved it. The cheese was pretty good. The crust was tasty but could be crispier.

Sauce.com is the story here. If you love Brick Oven, this might be the spot for you. We grabbed the regular cheese pie and a prosciutto pies. Very minimal cheese, lots of sauce, good flavor and no bad after taste or agidaaaa hours later. I love well done crust, but these were tooo well done. I would pass on the proscitto toppings. Enjoy!!

Margherita pie: crust & bottom are nice and crunchy, no burnt flavor whatsoever, cooked just right; nice dough; lots of sauce, but the sauce was good, perhaps a bit much though; mozzarella not spectacular, but had good flavor and seemed very fresh; the most value I’ve ever seen basil add to a pizza, felt like it enhanced the flavor tremendously, very good addition; I was very impressed by the fact that the bottom was not wet at all and had a distinct crunchiness throughout

Fresh and crispy and nice char. Nice amount of basil and fresh mozzarella and a good sauce . Throw some red pepper flakes and a dash of oregano and it’s truly amazing. Also the employees are very nice and appreciate tips so make sure you tip even if it’s take out . A dollar or two is my suggestion. A little goes a long way to make people feel appreciated in times like this .

Great under carriage. Tangy sauce. Can tell it’s fresh tomatoes. Nice, thin, light, crispy crunch.

Super fresh and flavorful coal fire pizza. A soft delicate dough and fresh tomato sauce! Finish will great Olive Oil.. This is a must have!!

Dough is absolutely perfect. I love the char on the bottom and the texture is amazing. Sauce and cheese delicious. If they were to top this with parmesan it would really through it over the top

Very good pizza. Half with sausage & onions. Nice crisp crust from their gas oven. All the ingredients were high quality. Buffalo mozzarella a bit chewy for me.

I let my girl do this review, I think the 8.6 was a little high. It’s fancy thin crust pizza, plain and simple they use the fresh mozz and cut the basil on top. I could have used a little more mozz and for such a saucy pie I thought the sauce would be good but it was bland in my opinion. But like they say different folks have different strokes so I would say it’s worth a try if you’re in the area.

Ehh I try Nick's pizza today, wasnt all that . It's a acquired taste for , this is Neapolitan style pizza, if this thing gets cold , good luck eating it . I give it a 7.8 it's not the best in New York. Good pizza but average
