Pizza Review
Margherita pie: crust & bottom are nice and crunchy, no burnt flavor whatsoever, cooked just right; nice dough; lots of sauce, but the sauce was good, perhaps a bit much though; mozzarella not spectacular, but had good flavor and seemed very fresh; the most value I’ve ever seen basil add to a pizza, felt like it enhanced the flavor tremendously, very good addition; I was very impressed by the fact that the bottom was not wet at all and had a distinct crunchiness throughout
