Nick's Pizza

Cheesy as hell so not a great ratio, taste reasonable need another bite. Presumably they are going for grilled cheese, barely any sauce. Oddly, taste is fine, good crunch. Ratio kills this.

Grease city and pretty floppy. Very cheesy but good. Also extra napkins are needed, this is a sloppy pie

Slight flop at the point, which surprised me because the crust is thin and heavy. Slight crunch with very little grease. Sauce has a little more spice flavor than area pies. Crust distance from edge to cheese/sauce is larger than average. More cheese to sauce ration. Good overall flavor. Flavor of alone is sound. Will be back.

Enjoyed this slice, right from the start. Dough was crisp, sauce and cheese were nice and there was plenty of each on this slice. Delicious slice of pizza.
