New to the area and trying out all the local pizza places. Thought I'd try Nick's out. Place opens at 5pm so I called at 4:55 thinking I can just get the order in. No answer. Call again 10 mins later and line was busy. Walked in there after that and put in an order. At the end I asked for well done and pie cut (triangles) and the girl taking my order said they don't do pie cut. Would only do squares or not cut it at all. What now? You won't cut my pizza in normal slices?? Had to leave after that. Felt bad for the girl that she has to tell customers that. What a bizarre way to lose a customer.
