Nick's Pizza Ristorante

Nice tangy sauce and good flavor in the crust but a bit too doughy.

Technique is there. Good crisp. No flop. Only complaint- ingredients aren’t very good. Cheese is on the bland side. Really took away from the pizza. But, those guys sure do know how to cook a perfect pizza.

Solid slice. No grease. Crispy crust. Served at right temperature. Excellent sauce flavor.
