Excellent pizza.

Good tasting pizza. This is like a pizza you’d get at a up scale pizza place. More authentic style than a New York or New Haven. Bottom line it’s Tasty pizza.

VERY good pizza. Coal fired is my style thanks to Dave and this is by far the best I’ve had without ordering Sally’s from New Haven! Fantastic coal fired pizza when ordered extra crispy! Look at that bubble!

Flavorful crust, great crisp 👌🏾light pie. Great Margherita pie, loved the fresh basil!

Sauce is the star. Lots of flop. Crust is super thin but not real crispy. Semolina flour adds great flavor. Cheese pepperoni good taste/quality. Pizza carries the smoky flavor well. If we could get the undercarriage a bit hotter and crispier this would be an 8+

Great undercarriage. Paper thin. Tasty. All fresh ingredients. The Paisano was A+. Regular pepperoni was fine.

Pizza was great, crest was cooked perfect and the sauce had amazing flavor. Only down side was the service and the other menu items were not our style.

Fast and efficient service. Pizza was great. Cool atmosphere.

Literally asked as a special note to make it like Dave Portnoy likes it and because of how well they know their pizza they knew it wouldn’t be hot and fresh when it got to me. So they have a sticker specifically to reheat it back to Dave’s liking. I’ll be stopping by soon to truly get the best experience.

I think Dave hit the nail on the head with his score for this one... I thought the pizza was very oily & greasy, but the flavor was easily the best I've had in Nashville. Nice crunch on the crust. Really awesome atmosphere inside, too.
